Windows 8.1 Aero Glass Theme

Hey fellas, when Microsoft introduced the Metro User Interface for Windows 8/8.1 it had completely removed the stylish glass-effect of the windows and taskbar present in Windows 7-- which gave it the sexy transparent look.

But many of 'em - such as myself- didn't like it very much and wanted the old Aero Glass look!
So here's a small genuine tweak which brings back the sexy look back....... :D
You can edit and modify the level of transparency in the personalize window itself..

1. Disable Ads in Windows Live Messenger 2011

As a medium for business and profit, Microsoft has embedded Advertisements in Windows Live Messenger 2011, which could be annoying for some users. Here is a small Tweak to disable those ads.

Modify the file named "hosts" which is located in this path: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc.

The file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names.

Open the "hosts" file with notepad (right click> Open with> Notepad) and add the following entry to it
127.0.0.1 rad.msn.com
